Sweet Potato Casserole
Sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, salt, eggs, vanilla, flour,
brown sugar, butter, & pecans
1. Boil 2 lbs. potatoes in water until cooked; peel and mash potatoes. 2. Combine potatoes, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt,
2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, &
3 tablespoons melted butter in a bowl. 3. Mix ingredients and pour into casserole dish. 4. Combine 1/3 cup flour, 2/3 cup brown sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt,
2 tablespoons melted butter, & 1/2 cup chopped pecans;
sprinkle over potato mixture. 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. |
