Caramel Apple Stuffed French Toast

Apples, Texas toast, milk, eggs, butter, sugar, brown sugar, 
apricot preserves, cinnamon & walnuts

1. In a saucepan, sauté 2 sliced apples in butter for 5 minutes.
2. Mix together 9 eggs, 1 ½ cup milk, ¼ cup sugar,1 ½ Tbsp. cinnamon and 
1 ½ tsp. vanilla with a whisk in a mixing bowl.
3. In a greased 13x9 pan or aluminum tray, lay 6 pieces of Texas Toast. 
Place sliced, sautéed apples on top of bread, sprinkle with brown sugar, 
and add 1 Tbsp. apricot preserves.  
4. Layer another piece of Texas Toast on top. Pour egg mixture over bread.
5. Place 2 slices of apple on top of each piece of bread for garnish.
6. Refrigerate overnight. Then bake in 360 degree oven for 45 minutes.
7. After baking for 30 minutes, mix ½ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup butter, 
and ¼ cup walnuts; spread over the top of the French toast.
8. Bake for remaining 15 minutes.
Cut diagonally and serve while hot.


Banana Nutella French Toast

Texas toast, milk, eggs, butter, sugar, brown sugar, bananas & nutella

Prepare french toast as stated above. Instead of using apples, 

spread nutella in between toast and a layer of bananas. 
Top with nutella, bananas, & powdered sugar.


Breakfast Panini

Bread, egg, ham & American cheese


1. Fry an egg on a skillet coated with butter.
2. In a panini press, layer bread, ham, cheese, & egg.
3. Close press and cook for about 5 minutes. 



Crunchy Chocolate Banana Oatmeal

Banana, oatmeal, cereal & chocolate chips


1. Prepare 1 package oatmeal as stated.
2. Add 1/2 cup cereal, 1/2 sliced banana, and 1/8 cup chocolate chips.




Eggs Benedict

Eggs, ham, english muffin, butter, lemon juice, rice vinegar & salt

1. (Hollandaise) Combine 3 egg yolks, 5 Tbsp butter, 1 Tbsp
lemon juice, & 1/2 Tsp salt in a small bowl.
Mix with blender.
2. Bring a large saucepan filled 2/3 with water to a boil,
then add 2 Tbsp rice vinegar and lower heat.
3. Begin toasting english muffins.
4. Poach the eggs.
5. Assemble the sandwich with a muffin on the
bottom, then ham, then egg, than hollandaise sauce.
Garnish with parsley flakes.
